It is from titanium powder that is sintered to form a rough, fixed pore structure. TOPTITECH's filters are made to withstand temperature extremes, high pressures, and repeated cleaning/backwash cycles. There are no longitudinal seams, for improved mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. TOPTITECH's filters are produced in a range of configurations and micron ratings to perform in a variety of liquid and gas applications.
TOPTITECH's Titanium Sintered Porous Metal Filter Cartridge is an effective solid-liquid separation cartridge that can be used for the filtration of most liquids. It has a perfect solid-liquid separation effect on low-viscosity liquid with rigid particles. The best results are achieved when used in combination with a titanium rod filter.
Additionally, TOPTITECH's Titanium Sintered Porous Metal Filter Cartridge can operate at 280℃, which is a challenging task for a conventional filter cartridge.
